Why Join Our Volunteer Team?
Make a Difference in Your Community
Your time and talents help us provide events, educational programs, and facilities that benefit Vegreville and the surrounding communities. Every volunteer plays an important role in keeping our traditions alive.
Meet New People & Build Friendships
Volunteering is a great way to connect with people of all ages, make new friends, and work alongside others who share a passion for community involvement.
Learn New Skills & Gain Experience
Whether you're interested in event planning, agriculture, entertainment, customer service, or working behind the scenes, there are opportunities to develop valuable skills and gain hands-on experience.
Be Part of Exciting Events
From the Vegreville Country Fair and demolition derbies to farmers' markets, horse shows, and agricultural education programs, our volunteers help bring some of the community's most exciting events to life.
Support Agriculture & Future Generations
Help us promote agricultural awareness, support 4-H programs, encourage youth involvement, and preserve the rural traditions that make our region special.
Have Fun & Feel Appreciated
Volunteering should be rewarding! Enjoy the excitement of events, the satisfaction of working as a team, and the pride of seeing what we can accomplish together.
There's a Place for Everyone!
Whether you have a few hours to spare, want to help at one event, or are interested in becoming more involved throughout the year, we welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities.
You don't need agricultural experience — just a willingness to lend a hand, share your talents, and be part of a great team.
Your Time. Your Community. Your Impact.
The Vegreville Agricultural Society wouldn't be what it is today without our volunteers.
Every event, every smile, and every successful celebration is made possible by people who care about their community.
Join our volunteer family and help us continue building traditions, creating memories, and making Vegreville a great place to live, work, and visit!
